What to do online:

• Please forward the booking confirmation email wiht your reference code to info@choldertonrarebreedsfarm.com and clearly let us know the Following:

- Names you want on the passes. (if buying adult and child passes together, please confirm which name is adult/child)

- An email address for each passholder (so we can email them about Annual Passholder offers and events)

- Address if different to the one you purchased the pass with

Our team will then make your card(s) and they should be available for you to collect from us within 1 week. 

• Your pass will be available to collect from the shop within 1 week after your purchase.
• MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR PASS WITH YOU EVERY TIME YOU WISH TO USE IT, you will not be permitted free entry without it.
• You will be asked to 'sign in' upon arrival for each visit so we know it's you, as Annual Passes are non-transferable to others, only the named pass holder can use it.

FAQ:

• Can someone else use my pass?

No, each pass is for one individual named person.

• What happens if I lose my card?

No problem, we can deactivate your card and you can make you a new card for a £5 fee
